"The BOX"

Premiering at the Edinburgh Science Festival 2024

The potential benefits of utilising AI technology in healthcare are vast but there are important practical, technological, ethical, and legal implications that need to be addressed in order to safeguard patients. "The BOX" exhibition invites the audience to experience the patient journey through an alternative hospital clinic where “The BOX” makes the treatment plans...

"The BOX" is the outcome of the Creator Residency ‘STEAM Imaging V’, hosted by Fraunhofer MEVIS (DE), in collaboration with the Institute for Design Informatics (UK), the International Fraunhofer Talent School Bremen & the School Center Walle (DE) supported by Ars Electronica (AT).
